Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the buffet area, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and serving equipment. Keep track of food inventory, restock items as needed, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure a continuous supply of dishes. Monitor the quality of food items, ensuring that they meet safety and hygiene standards. Remove any expired or questionable items promptly. Handle payments and cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation guidelines.
