Assist with the tracking and distribution of credentials and other critical event materials. Manage logistics and on-site coordination for sponsor promotional booths. Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials and merchandise to various sponsor zones. Facilitate premium giveaways and execute in-stadium promotional activities to enhance fan engagement. Support coordination and execution of special sponsor events, such as clinics and VIP experiences. Perform administrative tasks with accuracy, organization, and discretion. skills. Passionate about or experienced in sports marketing, sponsorship, or live event operations. Reliable and professional under pressure, especially when working with VIPs, clients, and senior stakeholders. Strong communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge. Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus. This is a full-time, seasonal role requiring up to 60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
