Accounting Assistant (Temporary)6–9 Month AssignmentWe’re looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to support our team during our transition from SAP to S/4HANA. This role will help maintain day-to-day accounting operations while assisting with data entry, system testing, and administrative support throughout the migration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a large-scale system implementation in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll DoSupport vendor setup and maintenance, including requesting, verifying, and updating vendor account and payment detailsMaintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper documentation within the systemCommunicate with vendors to follow up on required information and resolve discrepanciesAssist with data validation and reconciliation related to vendor records during system testingProvide general administrative and accounting support as needed during the system migrationSupport day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative needsWhat We’re Looking ForEntry-level experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support - preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic understanding of accounting principles is a plusProficiency in Excel and general computer skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with external vendorsOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAssignment Details6–9 month temporary assignmentPosition located in Fort Worth, TX - PBR HQ - StockyardsMostly full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with some variation week to week based on project needWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
