***THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT A SOON TO BE ANNOUCED PARTNER WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS***POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:Events:Solicit, plan, and manage the setup and execution of local events hosted by the property, ensuring they meet partner expectations, brand standards, and revenue objectives.s QUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics, traits, and experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university, partner school alumni, and/or former student-athlete preferred but not requiredAt least two (2) years of experience in sports, consumer marketing, or B2B sales within media/agency/radio/TV sales, or talent representationAt least one (1) year of experience organizing and running eventsProven track record of quickly developing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersPossess a conscientious attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsDemonstrate a high level of integrity and honesty, and has a reputation as the person who always does the right/fair thingBe proactive and self-motivated by a will to achieve results and winMust possess an entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level resultsAbility to work nights/weekends/sporting events and travel (<10%) as neededDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite(s)We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
