Who You Are: To be eligible for the Ready to Work Internship Program, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, including: • Rising undergraduate juniors, or • Graduate students who have completed at least one year of their program• Must have at least one academic year remaining following completion of the internship• Must be eligible to participate in the City of San Antonio’s Ready to Work Program• Must be based in or attending school in the San Antonio area• Must be available to participate in the full 8-week internship program (June 22 – August 14, 2026)• Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period. skills under the guidance of experienced chefs. experience in every single bullet above, no sweat – we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply!
