This role is responsible for developing engaging content, managing community interactions, and amplifying the WLL brand voice across all social channels. The ideal candidate will serve as the digital voice for the WLL Teams, creating thumb-stopping content that resonates with both lifelong lacrosse fans and newcomers to the sport. You'll collaborate with various departments of the league to develop compelling visual stories, timely reactive content, and innovative campaigns that drive engagement and grow our community. This position requires a deep understanding of social media trends, platform-specific best practices, and the ability to adapt tone and style across multiple channels. You'll monitor the WLL online ecosystem, engage authentically with fans, handle community management, and identify opportunities to join relevant conversations that elevate the league's presence.
