    Position Title: Director of ServiceCompany: Peak Sports MGMTLocation: Southeastern Louisiana Athletics (Hammond, LA)Company Overview: Peak Sports MGMT is a leading third-party multimedia rights organization that partners with collegiate athletic departments to maximize corporate sponsorship revenue and enhance brand visibility. In collaboration with Southeastern Louisiana Athletics, Peak Sports MGMT manages all aspects of corporate partnerships, including revenue generation, activation, and client service. Position Overview: This role sits in college athletics, but it is not a passive account management position. It is a relationship and revenue retention role. The Director of Service will own the execution, satisfaction, and growth of Southeastern Louisiana Athletics’ corporate partnerships. This person will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring high-level fulfillment, and identifying opportunities to renew and expand partnerships over time. This is a role for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—someone who takes pride in delivering for partners and understands that retention and upsell are critical to long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate partners, maintaining strong and professional relationshipsOversee the fulfillment and execution of all sponsorship agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are metCoordinate and manage partnership activations across digital, social, and in-venue platformsCommunicate regularly with partners to evaluate satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancementAssist in the development of renewal strategies and identify opportunities for incremental revenue through upsellingCollaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of partnership elementsDevelop and deliver partnership recap reports and presentations that highlight performance and valuePlan and execute partner hospitality experiences, including game day events and special activationsManage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across multiple accountsProvide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and client satisfactionQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2+ years of experience in corporate partnership fulfillment, sponsorship activation, account management, or a related areaStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExperience working in collegiate athletics or sports industry preferredKnowledge of sponsorship activation, client service, and event coordination is a plusWillingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and game daysPreferred Skills and Attributes:Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with external partnersProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)Familiarity with CRM systems and sponsorship tracking tools is a plusWhy Peak Sports:Peak Sports MGMT is built for people who want to be trusted with real responsibility and held to a high standard.
