OverviewThe Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the hospitality team.

ResponsibilitiesProvides general administrative and operational support to help daily activities run smoothlyAssisting staff and guestsHelping coordinate basic services and eventsSupporting routine office tasksHandles scheduling and communicationsContributing to simple reporting and compliance-related activities as needed.
Other administrative duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or office support rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)Ability to stay organized and manage multiple simple tasksAttention to detail and reliability in following instructionsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProfessional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests or clientsBasic problem-solving skills and willingness to learnFlexibility to support events, scheduling changes, and varying workloads
