We work lean, move fast, and take our clients seriously. We are looking for a Junior Agent to grow alongside senior leadership. Someone who is hungry to build a roster, close deals, and learn the business from the inside out. This role reports directly to the CEO and is built for someone ready to do real work from day one. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification, recruitment, and signing of NIL athletes and influencer talent across wellness, food, lifestyle, sports, and CPGActively pitch the roster to brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers under senior guidanceAssist in negotiating and closing partnership deals including sponsored content, ambassador programs, appearances, and integrated campaignsManage client relationships from onboarding through deal execution and renewalCollaborate with leadership on deal structure, pricing, and positioningMaintain pipeline visibility and deal reporting across active opportunitiesExperience & Category BackgroundEntry-level candidates are welcome. QualificationsExperience across multiple verticals: CPG, retail, food & bev, wellness, or sportsFamiliarity or certification with NIL at the university level, compliance, collectives, or multi-party deal structuresBackground in both influencer and athlete representationRole Type & CompensationThis is a remote position.
