ATLANTA DREAMOFFICE OPERATIONS COORDINATORThe Atlanta Dream is a professional Women’s Basketball team based in Atlanta, Georgia, and a place where our team, our fans, and our city come together to represent the community we serve. Position OverviewThe Office Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s strategic initiatives by managing day‑to‑day operational and IT needs across the office.
ResponsibilitiesRetrieve mail and packages from designated mailbox and disburse to receiverReceive and distribute all packages arriving directly at office to appropriate receiver and/or coordinate notification, pick-up, or transferring packages.
Coordinate and track facility work orders implementation and verify service completion utilizing internal systemsServe as a point of contact for vendors and contractors; assist with scheduling, access, and job trackingMonitor and maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, construction projects, project invoices, project scheduling and vendor servicesSupport procurement processes including purchase tracking, invoice processing, and budget documentationAssist in maintaining inventory levels for facilities supplies, equipment, and operational materialsSupport coordination of facility projects and ongoing operational initiativesCreate systems to track activity, generate reports and improve efficiencyParticipate in game and event support as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidaysIT ResponsibilitiesSupport internal users with systems maintenance, including monitoring and updating configuration items (CIs) to ensure operational accuracy.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
Coordinate necessary support with IT Managed Support Provider (MSP)Manage inventory of IT devices, peripherals, and consumables.
Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment and supplies.
Replace defective equipment and track device distribution and returns for employees Assist with additional IT tasks and projects as assigned.
