Goalie Coach/Video Coach

The Kansas City Mavericks are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to serve as the club's Goalie Coach/Video Coach for the 2026 - 2027 season. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development of our goaltenders while assisting the coaching staff with video analysis, pre-scout preparation, and day-to-day hockey operations. Responsibilities:Lead daily development of KC Mavericks goaltendersConduct individual goalie sessions and video review meetingsPrepare opponent pre-scouts and post-game video breakdownsManage Sportscode and other video systems as usedAssist with practice planning and on-ice coaching dutiesSupport player development initiatives with ECHL, AHL, and NHL affiliatesAssist with recruiting, player evaluation, and hockey operations projectsTravel with the team throughout the seasonQualifications:Strong background in goaltending instruction and player developmentExperience with hockey video systems (Sportscode preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work within a fast-paced professional hockey environmentPrevious junior, collegiate, or professional coaching experience preferredProfessional and trustworthyAbout the Organization:The Kansas City Mavericks are one of the premier organizations in professional hockey and the ECHL affiliate of the Seattle Kraken and Coachella Valley Firebirds.
