The Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund is the official 501(c)(3) nonprofit of the Los Angeles Chargers. The Impact Fund’s mission brings people together to empower youth, increase access, and create opportunities in under-resourced communities, helping turn today’s dreams into tomorrow’s reality.
The 50/50 Raffle is one of the Impact Fund’s largest fundraising initiatives, generating critical support for its programs while creating an exciting and interactive experience for fans.

PROGRAM: The Chargers Impact Fund conducts a 50/50 Raffle at all home games (including preseason and playoff games). Fans have the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket from our sellers located throughout the stadium. Once sales are completed, a winning ticket is announced in the 4th Quarter and/or online. The total jackpot for the game will be divided with 50% of the proceeds awarded to the person with the winning ticket number and 50% benefiting the Los Angeles Chargers Impact Fund.
POSITION:The Chargers Impact Fund is seeking dependable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to lead 50/50 Raffle gameday staff and assist with operational duties related to the Raffle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in 50/50 Raffle game day operations, including set up and breakdown, staff arrival, and POS device support· Assist in the training of new raffle staff and instruction for gameday 50/50 raffle sales staff· Oversee 50+ raffle sellers on game days· Support day-to-day 50/50 Raffle administrative duties, including correspondence with raffle staff, setting up kiosks, charging and updating devices, preparation of post-game reports, and inventory management· Administer staff incentives, assist with post-event reporting for weekly reviews, and evaluate staff sales performance· Must be able to accurately handle the sale and distribution of tickets and credit card transactions using handheld sales devices and follow all program requirements· Opportunities to support other Chargers community events throughout the 2026 season as neededQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS· Availability to work 10-15 hours in-person at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA and The Bolt in El Segundo, CA· Must be available to work all Los Angeles Chargers home games during the 2026 Season· Candidates must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work days or nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary· Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced team environment· Prior experience with technology used for 50/50 raffle (Shift4 POS devices; BUMP software)· Understanding of 50/50 raffle rules and regulations in the state of California· Positive attitude and leadership skills with ability to work within small or large groups of people· Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills· Strong background in sales, marketing, or in a managerial role is strongly encouraged· Must be able to stand/walk up and down stairs for long periods of time.
