POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Safety & Security is a dynamic position responsible for the oversight of critical infrastructure of Nashville Soccer Club, including personnel, multiple facilities, and both domestic and international events. Responsibilities: Venue Security Oversight of all digital camera systems and record retention Management of 24/7 internal security staff, including Manager/Coordinator and policies/procedures. Qualifications: 5-10 years working in sports & entertainment venues in a security function. experience with Safety act certification. Multi-lingual or Bi-lingual English and Spanish. Professional certifications (CSSP, AVSS, CPP, etc.) in Security Work environment: Flexible work schedule inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays required. Bending, lifting, and repeated movements including lifting 15-20 pounds. Indoor and outdoor events in all weather conditions
