This role is central to both, it's the front door for every fan who walks into the ballpark and the engine behind the group and outing business that fills our seats. Position SummaryThe Manager of Box Office & Group Sales oversees all ticketing operations at Mountain Dew Park while driving group ticket revenue and attendance for the Thrillbillies. This role owns the full ticketing lifecycle; season tickets, mini-plans, single-game sales, and box office/gameday operations and leads the strategy for group outings including corporate events, youth sports nights, church groups, scout nights, school groups, and other community-based programs. This is a hybrid leadership role: part ticket operations manager, part sales leader.
