ResponsibilitiesArrives for work on time for each scheduled shift, in uniform and ready to workPerforms set-up and tear-down dutiesPerforms daily operations and general building maintenance during non-event daysPerforms general landscaping of the propertyWorks safely, quickly and efficiently to meet all deadlinesMaintains a positive, outgoing demeanorWorks independently, and in a team environmentUse computer systems for facility maintenance upkeepAll other tasks assigned by SupervisorQualificationsPrior conversion or event experience, preferredPrior landscaping or snow removal experience, preferredPrior lead/supervisory role, preferredOSHA 10 certification, preferredPrior forklift training, preferredPrior ride-on scrubber training, preferredBasic carpentry and drywall knowledge, preferredBasic knowledge of computer skillsMust be able to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays, as neededMust be able to give/take both verbal and written directionAbility to lift and carry heavy objects on a frequent basisAbility to stand on feet for up to 8 hours at a timeAbility to kneel, stoop, climb stairs, and reach/lift above head in conjunction with conversion tasksAbility to safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
