The Associate, Baseball Operations role is a comprehensive 12-month program designed to prepare entry level candidates for a career in professional baseball operations. Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate and prepare advance scouting materials for the Major League team. Evaluate players, including identifying and assessing potential trade and free agent targets. Support the preparation and organization of Salary Arbitration materials. Assist Baseball Operations, Pro Scouting, and Quantitative Analysis staff with daily responsibilities and special projects. Analyze video and tag relevant data utilizing internal systems. Qualifications and Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong foundational knowledge of baseball. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
