ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: Work and Collaborate with the Rides Full Time Supervisor with the overall management of the ridesdepartment. Responsibilities: • Ensure the safe operation of the park• Take department in-charge shifts• Oversees rides work crew projects• Work with rides full-time to develop and manage department programs• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed and enforced• Ensuring all training requirements and testing procedures are adhered to as set forth by Six Flags. duties as assigned. QualificationsSkills and Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Previous rides experience Be available to work flexible hours at night, on weekends and on holidays Additional Qualifications:• 2 years as a ride supervisor (at least 1 year as a senior supervisor)• Must have a valid Driver’s License• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must• Must possess an enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working with people• Ability to motivate with excellent leadership skills• Must be self-motivated• Outstanding performance as a team member and/or Foreman• Must be able to respond immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergencies • Strong attention to detail PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Continued sitting, standing, and bending; frequent kneeling. requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate.
