Team Photographer (Part-Time)

The Oshawa FireWolves are seeking an experienced photographer to join our content team as Team Photographer. The FireWolves Team Photographer will be responsible for capturing compelling imagery at all nine home games during the 2026-27 NLL Season, along with select team events, practices, and other key moments as determined by the creative team. This role is essential in helping showcase the excitement of FireWolves lacrosse across digital, print, and promotional platforms. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photography during Oshawa FireWolves home gamesDeliver real-time photo selects for distribution across FireWolves social mediaEdit, color correct, and optimize imagery for various formats, platforms, and audiencesWork closely with the FireWolves marketing and communications staff to ensure brand consistencyMaintain and organize photo assets within the FireWolves’ PhotoShelterStay current with industry trends, technology, and best practices in sports and editorial photographyMust be available to work FireWolves Media Day and all nine home games at the Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa, ONQualifications2+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in sports or live event environmentsProven ability to capture high-quality imagery in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating storytelling through photographyExpertise in DSLR/mirrorless camera systems and professional lensesProficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe PhotoshopExperience working with elite athletes or professional sports teamsGeneral knowledge of lacrosseFamiliarity with digital asset management systemsAbility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be legally authorized to work in CanadaWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
