Company DescriptionBadlands Big Sticks Baseball is a summer collegiate baseball team located in Dickinson, North Dakota. Founded in 2018, the team has been providing family-oriented entertainment with great baseball to Dickinson and the surrounding communities ever since. In 2026, the Badlands Big Sticks will enter their 3rd season as members of the Northwoods League - a summer collegiate wood bat league founded in 1994 with 26+ teams across seven states and one province, which has produced over 400 Major Leaguers in its 30-year history. We are proud to represent the people of Western North Dakota and exemplify the spirit of Theodore Roosevelt. The main focus is capturing the success of not only the team on the field, but the organization as a whole and presenting it in a professional and creative manner. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and eager to bring fresh, engaging ideas to both in-game coverage and behind-the-scenes storytelling.*Disclaimer*Videography equipment is not provided by the Badlands Big Sticks and the organization is not responsible for any damage to aforementioned equipment while the photographer is employed by the Big Sticks. Videographer should provide their own camera and any additional equipment they may use for their previous work to ensure the best quality of work. ResponsibilitiesTake and upload high-quality videos of game action, fan interactions, group outings, promotional events, and general ballpark activities. Capture, edit, and upload team and player headshots. Design and produce team baseball cards. Help create and publish game-day graphics (lineup posts, final score updates, player of the game, etc.) as needed. Help manage and contribute to team social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok), including posts, stories, and designed content. Assist with ballpark setup and teardown if needed. Support broadcasters with editing and other media-related needs. Assist in planning and coordinating player media days. Support staff with pregame and postgame interviews as needed. QualificationsExperience in photography, graphic design, or media production at the collegiate or professional level. Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and storytelling. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, or other design/photo editing tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines for photos and other creative projects. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season. Passion for sports, especially baseball, is a plus.
