Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and execution of events across the city. Assist with the setup and execution of operations at the Stadium. Complete gift bags, and ensure they are shipped and delivered to the appropriate locations. Assist with packing and moving inventory between the stadium and hotels. Welcome hotel guests and assist with any questions or specific requests. Ensure parking lanes remain clear at all times to prevent issues with team travel. Assist with coordinating and communicating transportation for the team, traveling party, and sponsors. Support game day functions, including escorting important guests to the appropriate locations, and assisting with hospitality space needs. Support game day operations and assist with various activations. Qualifications and Experience:Prior experience coordinating events and activities is preferred. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment.
