Job Title: Equipment & Operations Intern – Carolina Ascent FC - Women’s Professional Soccer TeamLocation: Charlotte, NCCompensation: For College CreditAbout Carolina Ascent FC:Carolina Ascent FC is a professional women’s soccer team based in Charlotte, North Carolina, competing in the Division One league. Overview:The Equipment & Operations Intern will support the Carolina Ascent FC Women's Division One Soccer Team in the planning and execution of training sessions and games. skills in equipment and operations, teamwork, and leadership within the sports industry. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the planning and execution of daily training and match-day events (mornings and weekends). Support community outreach programs and clinics, helping coordinate logistics and assist with on-site activities. Provide logistical support for daily logistics, working with staff to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of all events. Qualifications:Strong interest in sports, planning & organization, and community outreach. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required for training and match daysHigh level of maturity, professionalism, and accountability. Willingness to take direction, learn from others, and adapt to new tasks. Current enrollment in a college or university program (required for credit compensation).
