Job Summary: As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll create clear, engaging documentation and tutorials that simplify complex SaaS features. experience. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product documentationincluding:User guides and knowledge base articles Product feature documentation Release notes and “What’s New” updates Product tours and walkthroughs Develop “How-to” videos, tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage. Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across all content. Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from internal teams and customers. Quickly learn new tools, products, and technologies to translate technical information into accessible content. Must-Have Skills 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a SaaS or tech start-up environment. Proven ability to create user guides, release notes, and video tutorials. Good understanding of documentation tools is a plus (such as Readme, Intercom). Experience with video creation tools (such as Loom). Excellent command of written English with a focus on clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Fast learner with a strong willingness to explore and adopt new tools and workflows.</l
