Job Summary The Manager of Lightning Ticket Operations will be responsible for the administrative and technical duties related to the management of day-to-day Lightning ticketing and office operations.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain Tampa Bay Lightning games and ancillary events on Archtics/Ticketmaster systemUtilize Ticketmaster One and Archtics to support daily ticket operations executionAssist in setting up various Group and Single game offersCollaborate with Sales & Service, Premium, Marketing, Finance, Arena Operations, Partnership, and Guest Services to ensure seamless event executionPerform daily financial reporting of activity through Archtics systemWork with Marketing and Game Presentation departments on setting up for ancillary event salesAssist with customer service issues on game nights and over the phoneAssist in mobile ticketing applications and processesTraining and development of event night supervisorsParticipate in organizational and department personal development activitiesPerform other duties, as assignedSupervisory & Management ResponsibilitiesOversee two full-time Lightning Ticket Operations CoordinatorsAssist with hiring, recruiting and management of part-time staffGame/Event ResponsibilitiesGame/Event Night Responsibilities: YesApproximate number of events worked per year: 30-40QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required in Sport Management or related fieldProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees3-5 years of related work experience, primarily in Ticket OperationsTechnical experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster One systems requiredStrong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fan experiencesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work long hours, weekends and holidays while prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline driven environmentProficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Working ConditionsAbility to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distractingThis is an onsite role; flexibility to work a minority of time remotely.
Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as neededAbility to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
