Georgia Swarm Street TeamSeason: Spring / Summer 2026 (June-August) What kind of candidate are we looking for:Energetic and task orientedHardworking individual with a positive attitudeTeam player with great communication skillsCommitted individual willing to go the extra milePassion for sports or lacrosse preferredGoal-oriented personality Primary Duties:Interact with fans at on and off-site events to promote the Georgia Swarm brandLead data collection efforts at community eventsExecute set-up and tear down of Swarm fan zoneGetting Georgia Swarm fans (old and new) excited and involved by means of crowd interaction and verbal communicationStay up to date about the Georgia Swarm season and all current product offerings Ensure that fans are enjoying themselves and do your best to make sure every fan leaves our events with a good impression of the Georgia SwarmAssist in community event promotional item giveaways before, during, and after the eventsOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Must be able to work weekends and some weekdays as neededMust be reliable and punctualAble to work in inclement weatherComfortable engaging with fansAbility to handle little guidance or specific direction depending given tasks Willing to learn about Professional Indoor Lacrosse and the NLLHave a great attitude and be excited to be a part of the Georgia Swarm staff!
