    Position SummaryCharlotte 49ers Ventures is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to oversee its Revenue Development team while serving as an active revenue producer. Operating within a lean, high-performing commercial organization, the Director of Revenue Development is responsible for coaching and developing Account Executives while personally driving revenue through premium seating, strategic ticket sales, corporate partnerships, and annual fund opportunities. This position serves as the leader of Charlotte Athletics' outbound sales engine, establishing the prospecting culture, coaching daily sales activity, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities across every major revenue vertical. Success in this role requires a player-coach mentality. The Director leads by example, develops future sales professionals, and collaborates across Charlotte 49ers Ventures to maximize revenue growth and fan engagement.
