Game Day Operations and Promotions Floor Manager The Game Day Operations and Promotions Floor Manager position is a part-time position that will work directly under our Game Presentation Coordinator to bridge the gap between production and in-game activations. The key objective is to ensure smooth and on-time execution of all scripted in-arena events outside of gameplay. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized, able to communicate effectively with all game day personnel, arena staff, and other stakeholders while working in a fast-paced and high-pressure live environment. Game Day Responsibilities:Help coordinate and supervise all on-field and in-stand contests and promotionsCoordinate logistics and timing cues between production, lacrosse team operations and game day staff Coordinate timing cues with 902 crew, dance team, in-arena host, performers and other game day contributors Organize pre-game events (including concourse activities, youth activities, ceremonial events, etc.) Assist with all Thunderbird operations at the arena, including setup and teardown. Aid with game day scripting, promotions rundown, timelines, etc. as needed.
