Monitor and manage guest flow in and around the licensed Beer Garden area. Check for valid 19+ wristbands or ID (as per policy) at designated access points. Ensure alcoholic beverages remain within designated licensed zones and guests do not exit the area with alcohol. Answer guest questions and provide general assistance in a friendly and helpful manner. Support crowd control and line management during peak times. Report any unsafe or inappropriate behavior to supervisory staff immediately. Maintain a clean and organized Beer Garden space, clearing tables and disposing of waste as needed. Work collaboratively with beverage service staff and security personnel. Individuals that can work outside in a variety of weather conditions. Individuals who can stand and walk for extended periods of time. Individuals that can provide their own flashlight. Individuals that are dependable and enjoy working in a guest-oriented team-based environment.
