Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to own and expand the customer and sellers’ experience on refurbed, through seamless delivery & returns. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, customer service and our supply team (commercial & operations) to build scalable solutions that make selling and buying on refurbed effortless. WHO YOU ARE: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketplace environment. A practiced product discovery skillset of research (e.g. customer interviews, customer visits) over solution exploration and iteration to validation and risk mitigation Track record of building successful B2B or partner-facing products. Ability to translate complex technical concepts (e. requirements, business and user value. Experience working closely with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs with confidence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex insights
