Job Description
Corporate Partnerships - Fall InternThe Corporate Partnerships Intern will support the Indy Ignite’s partnerships team by gaining hands-on experience in partnership activation, client management, and prospecting. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a professional sports organization while playing a key role in delivering marketing campaigns for corporate partners. The intern will collaborate closely with the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Partnerships Account Executive, along with other departments, to assist with partnership logistics and execution.
This internship will begin in September and end in December with an expected 20 working hours per week including potential off-season events outside of normal business hours.

This position will be compensated at a rate of $10/hour.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute pre-season planning of pre-game, in-game, and post-game promotions or entertainment.
Activation of new and renewed revenue through the sale of Corporate Partnerships including stadium signage, advertising, promotional elements, and ticket packages in the leadup to the start of the season.
Develop Specs and Deadlines worksheets for execution of Partnerships.
Transfer assets from contracts to the Monday board and manage execution updates.
Provide research details for potential partners as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & SkillsActively pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Must possess reliable transportation and hold a valid driver’s license.
A genuine passion and enthusiasm for working in the sports industry.
Must live/go to school within commutable distance from Indy Ignite headquarters in Fishers, IN.
