About the RoleWe're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. about using email to drive real revenue for a brand you can believe in, we want to hear from you. Please note this is a fully in-person role. Key Responsibility - Email Marketing:Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns in Klaviyo, including promotional sends, automated flows, and A/B testsDevelop and manage audience segmentation strategies to improve relevance and deliverabilityTrack and report on email KPIs — open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per send, and list healthTranslate performance data into actionable recommendations to continuously improve resultsDesign on-brand email graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaMay also support support content creation efforts, including blog posts, graphics, and campaign assets as neededOther related duties as assignedQualificationsRequired1+ year of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related field (internships and freelance work count)Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc. skills with a portfolio of relevant workWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
