Part-time Merchandise Warehouse Associate

The Carolina Hurricanes are seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with order fulfillment and processing merchandise products. This position will report to the Distribution Manager and work closely with the retail management staff. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a keen ability to solve problems and self-motivate. RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with unloading of products from carrier trucksInspect products for damages or discrepancies and communicate issues to the Distribution MangerAssist with counting & receiving of incoming merchandiseAccurately price and label products as neededContinually organizing product shelving and keeping up with an organized warehouse processAssist with pulling products for order fulfillment for CarolinaProShop.d QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18 years of age or older. experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred. Basic computer literacy preferred; experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Some experience with ExcelAbility to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product.
