    Marketing Manager, Analytics & Campaign StrategyGreenville Triumph SC / Greenville Liberty Reports To: Vanessa Gongora, Sr. About the RoleGreenville Triumph SC and Greenville Liberty are looking for a driven, data-savvy MarketingManager to join our growing team. This is a dual-hat role built for someone who loves boththe creative side of marketing and the discipline of measuring what works. You’ll helpexecute campaigns, track performance, and translate data into decisions that grow ourfanbase, drive ticket sales, and amplify our brand across the Upstate. At the heart of everything we do is our “Tell Our Story” mission — connecting ourcommunity to what we’re building on and off the field. You’ll play a key role in making surethat story reaches the right people, in the right way, at the right time. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-person channelsCoordinate with the marketing team to align content, promotions, and game day activationsSupport ticket sales, merchandise, and corporate partnership initiatives through targeted campaignsPerformance AnalyticsOwn the tracking and reporting of all marketing KPIs — social engagement, campaignROI, email open rates, online ticket conversions, and moreBuild and maintain dashboards or reports that give leadership a clear picture of what’s workingAnalyze fan behavior data (purchasing, attendance, engagement) to inform strategyFan Engagement TrackingMonitor engagement rates across all platforms with a goal of 3–5%+ engagementTrack follower growth toward 2026 goals across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedInAnalyze survey results and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunitiesTeam CoordinationCollaborate closely with Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, and Stadium Operations to align marketing efforts with organizational revenue goalsSupport the creative team with briefs, timelines, and performance feedbackHelp manage the marketing content calendar to ensure consistent, intentional outputReporting to Leadership- Provide regular performance reports to Vanessa Gongora and senior leadershipTranslate data into clear recommendations that drive smarter decisionsFlag opportunities and risks early based on campaign and fan dataQualificationsRequired2–4 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated campaign managementexperienceProficiency in analytics tools and/or spreadsheets (Google Analytics, Meta BusinessSuite, Excel, etc. skills a plusPreferredExperience in sports, entertainment, or live eventsFamiliarity with CRM platforms and email marketing toolsUnderstanding of minor league or community-based sports organizationsGraphic design or content creation experience is a plusWhy Join UsWe’re not here to create an average experience — for our fans or our team.
