Working Conditions This position primarily involves computer-based work, including extensive use of email, document management systems, legal research platforms, and video conferencing tools. The role requires frequent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners. Extended periods of sitting and screen time are expected. The Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs must be able to work a full-time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week), with specific hours to be agreed upon regardless of physical location, and may be required to work overtime from time to time in accordance with applicable laws. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, exercise judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position may be performed remotely or in an office setting (Los Angeles/Santa Monica, CA), depending on organizational needs.
