The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday - Ticket Resolution Ambassador. Responsibilities: Work all Houston Texans and LSSE gamedays. Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticketing issues on gamedays. Educate guests on digital and general ticketing processes. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Ticket Operations Coordinator and Senior Director of Ticket Operations. Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park during Houston Texans football games and other Club events; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or at NRG Stadium/NRG Park as may be assigned and not in a telecommuting manner. skills. Education/Experience:High School Diploma preferred. Customer Service or Ticketing experience preferred. Experience with Archtics ticketing system preferred.
