The Events Truck Driver will have a tremendous amount of interaction and personal involvement with leadership and staff and must always represent Legends Global Merchandise in a professional, gracious, and knowledgeable manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDrives and parks semi-tractor/trailer, equipment and other designated vehicle to events as scheduledMaintains driver log according to DOT regulations. Inspects vehicles for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating their condition. Ensures proper care, use, and organization of all equipment prior to, during, and after the event. Maintenance, cleaning, and detailing of company vehicles. Skilled to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Assists with loading and unloading, desired (negotiable)Adheres to Legends’ policies and procedures associated with the event personnelOther duties may be assigned. Valid Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License, requiredAbility to drive out of state 20 – 30 weeks throughout the year.
