Office Assistant (Part-Time)

We're looking for a part-time office assistant who will assist with customer service, merchandise, ticketing, community appearances, and administrative tasks. The expected duration of this position is September TBD, 2026 to May TBD, 2027. The schedule will consist of weekly office hours ranging from two to four full days a week from 10:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M. Responsibilities:Coordinate and support community appearances involving players and mascotsAssist with merchandise fulfillment, inventory tracking, and stock organizationPrepare materials and supplies for events, orientations, and promotional activitiesSupport the ticketing department with credit processing, ticket exchanges, order preparation and basic ticketing system operationsProvide administrative and operational support to full-time staff as neededPosition Requirements: Customer service experienceFriendly, helpful, organized and professional Ability to solve problems independentlyEfficient with computers and quick to learn new computer software programsMust maintain a consistent and reliable work scheduleAbility to lift and carry items weighing at least 25 lbs, stand on your feet for hours at a time, ascend/descend stairs while carrying boxes or other itemsWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
