RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the setting of suites, clubs, and buffets completely. experience and fulfilling customer needs. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards. Knowledge of event menu items and their contents. Responsible for setting buffet stations which may include décor. Serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: Excellent listening and communication skills Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs. The ability to work alone and as a team.
