Summary Of Job DutiesThe Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) plays a crucial operational role in facilitating various human resource transactions, projects, tasks, and ad hoc requests for the institution.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related fieldEquivalencies will be considered in lieu of degreeOne year of experience in human resources or related fieldExperience with Human Capital Management Systems such as WorkdayPreferred QualificationsProfessional certification in Human Resources, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHRAt least three years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or a related fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of HR fundamentals, including data accuracy, confidentiality, and complianceStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficientlyAbility to interpret and apply HR policies, regulations, and compliance requirementsAbility to analyze workforce data and develop recommendations that support business objectivesAbility to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and leadership regarding complex HR mattersAbility to manage multiple priorities while exercising sound judgment and discretionComfortable working in a collaborative, service-oriented environmentThe University of Arkansas is an equal opportunity institution.
