Position SummaryThe Marketing & Partnership Activation Manager drives brand awareness, ticket sales, and fan engagement for PWHL Las Vegas through integrated marketing efforts and local partnership activation.
ResponsibilitiesExecute team marketing strategy, including local partnerships, promotions, and ticketing campaignsOwn the team marketing calendar and coordinate activations across Ticketing, Partnerships, Merchandise, Content, and CommunicationsBuild and activate local marketing partnerships to drive brand growth, fan engagement, and revenueServe as day-to-day project manager for marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and reporting resultsSupport paid media initiatives in collaboration with the League Marketing teamRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sports business, or related field2-3 years of experience in a marketing department or related roleProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite or similar)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as requiredThis position is based in the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The PWHL does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in the sports and entertainment industryDemonstrated success building local partnerships and executing local marketing campaignsExperience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable ROIFamiliarity with CRM platforms and database managementBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteFlexibility & TravelCandidate must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement, with regular on-site presence required to support games, events, and team operations, including evenings and weekends as dictated by the schedule.
