Director, F&B Operations

MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO FRESNO, CA. Position Overview:The Director, F&B Operations is a hands-on leadership position supporting food & beverage operations for the Fresno Grizzlies. skills and experience necessary to step into a future F&B leadership role within the DBH portfolio. This position is embedded within the Fresno operation and will contribute directly to day-to-day concessions execution, team development, and overall fan experience. While the role carries a Director title, it is designed as a high-impact development opportunity, with the expectation that the individual will grow into a full concessions leadership role as opportunities arise across DBH-operated clubs.
