This role will report to a Manager, Talent Acquisition.    What you’ll be doing Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and sourcing process, from intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels—CRM, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events—to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for critical and future roles through ongoing sourcing campaigns and relationship management. Collaborate with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to ensure accurate job scoping, targeted outreach, and informed hiring decisions. Act as a sourcing subject matter expert (SME), educating stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and innovative sourcing tactics.
