Overview:The San Jose Barracuda are seeking a motivated and organized Group Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis. Experiences at Barracuda home games, while acting as a vital link between our Ticket Sales and Game Presentation departments. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of group Fan Experiences at Barracuda home gamesServe as the primary liaison between the Ticket Sales and Game Presentation departments to ensure clear, accurate communicationAct as the on-site point person for all Fan Experience activations on game nights, allowing sales staff to focus on closing new businessCoordinate logistics and fulfillment details for group experiences from confirmation through executionCommunicate proactively with group clients to confirm details and ensure a high-quality experienceTroubleshoot and resolve any issues with group experiences in real time during gamesMaintain organized records of group bookings, experience details, and client communicationsMinimum QualificationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, live event environmentCustomer service-oriented with a positive, team-first attitudeAvailability to work Barracuda home games, including evenings and weekendsPrior experience in sports, events, or ticket sales is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate, transport, and manipulate certain equipment up to 15lbs with or without accommodation. Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15lbs with or without accommodation. Must be able to walk for long stretches of time throughout the duration of the shift. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time inside and outside.
