Our organization is committed to building an inclusive, innovative environment where differences drive solutions that benefit our team members, guests, and partners. responsibilities are completed efficientlyCommunicate regularly with the Director of Operations regarding progress, concerns, or boarder needsProvide professional and courteous support to boarders, trainers, and visitors when interacting in shared spacesQualificationsRequired:Previous experience in barn or equine facility maintenance preferredAbility to work safely around horses and follow barn safety protocolsAttention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, functional, and professional environmentPhysical ability to perform heavy labor in outdoor conditions year-roundAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet for extended periodsStrong communication skills and a willingness to take direction and work independently or in a team settingReliable, punctual, and accountable with a positive attitudePreferred:Valid driver's licenseFamiliarity with barn tools and equipment, including wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, golf carts, tractors, etc. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
