Who We Are:The Brockton Rox are a professional baseball team providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment in the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball Partner League. The Rox play their home games at the 4,750-capacity Campanelli Stadium in Brockton, MA; approximately 45-minutes south of Boston. With a 102-game schedule, the Frontier League expanded from 16 to 18-teams for the 2025 season and has presence in and around several major markets in the eastern, central and southern United States as well as Canada with the league setting an attendance record drawing 1.88-million fans. With Red Sox legend and Hall-of-Famer Jim Rice as a part-owner, the team completed its "Revival Season" in '25, the first year in their return to professional, independent baseball.
Position Overview:The Ticket Sales Account Executive’s responsibilities include the sale of group ticket packages, hospitality areas, and full / partial season memberships with a focus on B2B sales.*
Responsibilities:Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours and attending networking/community eventsRenew all group, hospitality and season membersWork closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs and components focused on long-term business sustainabilityMaintain a database of contacts and sales progression using a CRM platformMeet and/or exceed personal sales goalsMeet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimumsContribute to the overall operation by “answering the call” when assistance is needed in another area of our operationRepresent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community"Team Player", willingness to go above and beyond your job description and contribute to other departments such as operations.
Availability for all 50+ home games from May - September, as well as other events outside of and during the season while working nights, holidays and weekends.
