POSITION SUMMARY:Events Team Member provides the first point of contact for all guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Perform operating procedures relating to events and programsAct as a liaison between the venue and the guestsProvide superior customer serviceClean and organize designated areas for public useEnsure proper set up and breakdown of equipment; sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as neededProperly operate cash registers and maintain proper cash handling proceduresDemonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitorsKnowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability to execute proceduresIdentify risk management opportunitiesConduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelinesAdhere to all facility and SFM policies and proceduresAdhere to all local, state, health and safety lawsPerform all duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.
