    Job Description

    The #1 goal of the Group Sales Manager is to drive revenue for the organization. You must lead the team in achieving a net promoter score of 80+ for groups. Essential FunctionsManage the sales team for groups tickets. Work directly with the creative and marketing teams for asset creative and driving new single game ticket sales through digital marketing. Identify and solicit new local and regional corporate partners for the organization to generate new group tickets. Develop customized sponsorship programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clientsManage the implementation of all corporate contracts to make sure all commitments are fully executed. Maintain groups ticket sales inventoryDaily reporting of sales and goalsResponsible for all group areasDevelop and implement group ticket incentivesCreate and manage budget for all of group ticket sales assets. Develop and maintain SOP’s and manage to best practicesCreation of marketing programs, promotions and initiatives to integrate the Club’s corporate partnersAct as a brand steward for the Club’s visual identity both internally and externally, ensuring consistent use of all marksDevelop & implement high-level plans to organize and group each aspect within the ticket sales team. Other related duties as required. Follow all company policies to the letter. Prior ExperienceAt least 3-5 years of experience managing live shows, preferably in the sports industry. Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field is preferred.
