    ABOUT THE NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUEFounded in 1917, the National Hockey League (NHL®) is the premier professional ice hockey league in the world and is one of the major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada. experiences that bring the excitement of hockey to fans around the globe, while supporting and empowering our 32 member Clubs to do the same. We are seeking a Coordinator, Digital Platforms to join our team and help achieve our mission. Our team’s portfolio includes digital products such as the NHL App, NHL.com, NHL. TV, streaming and connected device apps, plus support for all 32 Club. RESPONSIBILITIES Gamenight support for league and club escalations. Maintain document control, logs, task assignment lists. Execute troubleshooting steps for a range of reported issues and properly escalate to appropriate channels when troubleshooting fails. Serve as a point of contact for Clubs, to support their use of our tools to power their site production and operate their digital platforms. Work with the various internal groups (e.g., content, marketing, sales, production) to execute projects and digital commitments. Page/Site Building & Updating: Ongoing projects as time allows, working on building out pages, hubs, sites etc. in Forge, REACT PB and other content management tools. QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge Areas/ExperienceRequired A knowledge of hockey and a firm comprehension of its history, rules, and culture. Preferred Experience working in Content Management Systems to produce sites and operate platforms a plus. Experience working in Deltatre’s Forge and Page Builder. Experience working in a remote environment & clearly communicating with colleagues. Experience with live streaming and VOD operations. Education/CertificationsBachelor’s degree. Required SkillsMature, highly organized individual with attention to detail and strong follow-through. Reliable, self-starting team player with a positive, energetic attitude, prepared to work nights/weekends during specific events and times during the hockey season alongside teammates and colleagues who have a passion for bringing hockey to the masses! A knack for learning how to use various digital tools and platforms. A compelling communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
