Job Description
We are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Social Media & Content Manager to support the planning, creation, and execution of digital content across Zawyer Sports properties and clients.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute social media campaigns and content calendars across multiple brands and entities through creative storytelling Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy and captions across all social and digital platforms Capture and create photo, video, graphic, and written content for daily social and digital use Support content ideation and execution designed to increase fan engagement, community growth, and overall brand affinity Maintain a strong, engaging, and fan-focused brand voice across all digital channels Develop platform-specific content strategies designed to increase engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness Assist with short-form video ideation, editing, and publishing for social platforms Coordinate and maintain organized content calendars and posting schedules while ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and identify trends and opportunities for growth Track, analyze, and report on social and digital performance metrics using platform analytics and reporting tools Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices Bring innovative ideas to the table and help push creative boundaries across campaigns Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, partnerships, ticket sales, and community relations to support organizational initiatives Assist with sponsored content execution and partner fulfillment across digital platforms Support website updates, digital content uploads, and overall online content management Assist with email, SMS, and integrated marketing campaigns as needed Help maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints Attend and support home games, special events, appearances, photo shoots, and content days Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned Skills Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform trends, and audience engagement tactics Experience creating content for brands, sports teams, media outlets, or digital platforms Strong graphic design, photography, videography, editing, and content creation skills preferred Experience shooting with DSLR cameras and capturing photo/video content preferred Familiarity with short-form video editing and social-first storytelling Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects preferred Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours based on team schedules and events Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across digital platforms Experience with website content management systems is a plus Knowledge of women’s sports, hockey, basketball, and baseball is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphics, or related field preferred Job TypeFull-time, In personWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
