ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and execute the new hire onboarding experience in the field for new accounts, acquisitions, large-scale events, and union-specific hires while traveling onsite to carry them out. experience for new hires. Qualifications3-4 years of experience working in a Recruiting, HR Operations, or Onboarding Role. experience working with HRIS systems. iCIMS a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be willing to travel 40%. Able to work collaboratively with various business partners in the field and across the people organization. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data. Demonstrated experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
