Manager, Season Ticket Sales

Responsibilities:· Lead, manage, and develop a team of Account Executives, including ongoing coaching, training, and performance management· Serve as an individual contributor by actively generating new business and consistently achieving personal season ticket sales revenue goals while leading by example for the sales team. Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role and at least 1 year leading a team. skills and ability to think strategically· Attention to detail with a strong sense of follow-through· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment· Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through retention and upselling· Efficient, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset· Proficiency in MS Office products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience using a ticketing system.
